Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations
$22.00

📅 Date: Sunday June 21

Time: 9:00 AM EST

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a time of light, growth, vitality, and transformation.

Join us for a moving meditation as we flow through 108 Sun Salutations, an ancient practice traditionally used to honor seasonal transitions, cultivate presence, and create space for intention.

This is not about perfection or performance. It is about meeting yourself on the mat, one breath and one movement at a time.

Throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and reconnect with the strength, resilience, and wisdom that already exists within you.

Whether all 108 repetitions become a physical challenge, a meditative journey, or a spiritual practice, this experience offers an opportunity to release what no longer serves you and step intentionally into the season ahead.

Please Note: This workshop is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours in length. Prior yoga experience is helpful but not required. Participants are encouraged to honor their bodies and modify or rest as needed throughout the practice.

The Body Remember

Your mind may understand what happened, but that doesn’t mean your body has let it go.

Stress, grief, fear, anger, heartbreak, and even unexpressed joy can remain stored within the nervous system long after the moment has passed. In this workshop, we’ll explore simple somatic practices that support the body in releasing tension, restoring regulation, and reconnecting with its natural capacity for expression.

Through guided movement, shaking, breath, sound, and intuitive expression, you’ll be invited to listen to the wisdom of your body and create space for what is ready to move.

This is not about forcing a release. It is about creating the conditions for one.

A Note on These Gatherings

Each workshop is designed as a live, intentional space for reflection, learning, and integration.

You’re welcome to join one, or return for many — this work unfolds over time, and you’re invited to meet it at your own pace.
